Valuable car lamp wiring diagram - Ignoring the led wiring for a moment, note the headlight wiring & relays 2 & 3 specially. At the same time as troubleshooting, i stated that the wires between pins 87 and the headlight bulbs show 12v. When i designed the circuit, i used to be considering those wires as "grounds" -- being handed via the relays whilst energized. On reflection, it makes sense they'd have 12v on them because the headlights natually connect the & - sides. Is there something wrong with how i've designed that circuit?. Be aware: i did not draw in the resistors, but i do have them stressed out & soldered to the led legs. Both the blue & green aspects of the led work nicely out of doors of this circuit absolutely linked without delay to the battery.
As an alternative, what i'm getting is inexperienced while headlights are turned on; each blue & inexperienced when i flip to high beams; both blue & green once i flip back to low beams; led off once i turn the lighting fixtures off. The headlights themselves work well and the low beam turns off whilst excessive beams are grew to become on. Good enough, i'm now not getting very some distance very rapid. I attempted the capacitor and not using a success. And, i'm getting stressed via the reality that pins 86 & 87 have 12v on them whilst the headlights are off (which makes sense given 85/86 is a coil so 85 passes via to 86 & because the headlight has a filament ("a") which connects the 12v source to the "ground" side that is going to 87. Not certain if one of those is inflicting a problem? I have blanketed a simplified diagram of simply the low beam headlight wiring below for less difficult reference.
